Pro Home Manager Personal Edition for PC
PRO HOME MANAGER creates a customized maintenance schedule that puts you in control and helps you avoid costly repairs that often result from a lack of preventive maintenance. Don't wait until a small maintenance task becomes an expensive repair emergency!
• The easy-to-use home inventory organizes household assets and keeps warranty and other important details handy for service calls.
• The built-in maintenance database reminds you of all upcoming tasks that need to be scheduled.
• The software includes all your service provider contact information and enables you to easily email them with one click!
• You can also send email reminders to yourself or others, or export a service appointment to your Microsoft® Outlook® calendar.
An easy-to-use wizard walks you, step by step, through choices to catalog your unique home, inside and out. Based upon your input, the built-in proprietary maintenance database recommends maintenance tasks designed to keep your home in peak operating condition.
The program will notify you, season by season, of all upcoming recommended tasks. You can choose to take the recommendation advice and schedule a service appointment through the PRO HOME MANAGER scheduling feature, or not. You can even inactivate a recommended task to avoid future reminders, or add your own tasks.
All of your household information is organized in your home inventory card file, including model and serial numbers of major appliances, warranty details, repair history, and service provider contact information. It’s easy to keep track of important home assets, particularly when scheduling service appointments. When you are ready to sell your home, you will have a complete repair history, which is essential information for any potential buyer.
