Stop A Costly Water Backup Before It Happens!
When's the last time you had your sewer lines cleaned? Probably never. For about $200, you can prevent a costly and disgusting sewer backup into your home by having the lines cleaned out once every few years. For an additional fee, you can video the interior of your pipes to determine whether there's any encroaching tree roots, cracks or other possible damage.
If you'd rather take your chances, buy a water alarm for about $15 at your hardware store and place it near the lowest water discharge location in your home, usually a basement bathroom. If a backup occurs, it will occur here and the alarm will let you know immediately so you can shut off the water and prevent further damage.
