The Prescheduler is set to show reminders for 7 days after the trigger date, the first day of summer for example.  This is to avoid endless reminders.  If you installed Pro Home Manager Personal Edition more than 7 days after a trigger date, your Prescheduler may be empty.

PRO HOME MANAGER-Personal Edition’s Prescheduler feature now includes a “time machine” date selector that enables a user to go back or forward in time to view a past or future season’s set of home maintenance projects and tasks.  This new feature allows a user a high degree of flexibility to review past tasks she may have overlooked, or to plan for future tasks.
